Services

I offer trauma-informed online counselling for adults and adolescents (ages 14+) across Quebec and Ontario impacted by relationship trauma, attachment wounds, and emotional distress. My work centers on understanding how relational experiences, past and present, shape emotional well-being, self-worth, and patterns of connection.

Relationship Trauma in Abusive or Unsafe Relationships

This area is for individuals who have experienced emotionally abusive, controlling, or unsafe romantic relationships. These experiences can leave lasting effects, such as fear, confusion, difficulty trusting yourself or others, emotional hypervigilance, and a weakened sense of self-worth.

Counselling offers space to gently make sense of what you've lived through, process relational trauma, and begin rebuilding emotional safety. Together, we focus on strengthening boundaries, restoring self-trust, and reconnecting with your needs, values, and sense of agency after relational harm.

This support may be helpful if you:

  • Have experienced emotional or psychological abuse in a romantic relationship

  • Feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, guilt, or people-pleasing after a relationship

  • Struggle with boundaries, trust, or fear of repeating unhealthy patterns

  • Feel disconnected from your sense of self following relational harm

Childhood Trauma & Attachment Wounds

This area is for individuals whose early relationships shaped patterns of emotional insecurity, people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, emotional disconnection, or difficulty trusting others. When caregiving relationships were inconsistent, neglectful, critical, or unsafe, these early experiences can continue to influence how you relate to yourself and others in adulthood.

Counselling offers space to explore attachment wounds rooted in childhood and how they show up in present-day relationships, emotional regulation, and self-worth. Together, we focus on building internal safety, developing self-compassion, and creating healthier, more stable ways of relating to yourself and others.

This support may be helpful if you:

  • Grew up feeling unseen, emotionally unsafe, or responsible for others' needs

  • Struggle with people-pleasing, fear of abandonment, or emotional withdrawal

  • Feel disconnected from your emotions or unsure of your identity

  • Notice repeating relationship patterns that feel difficult to break

General Mental Health Support

This area is for individuals experiencing ongoing emotional distress, such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, low mood, stress, or difficulty navigating life transitions. You may not identify your experiences as trauma, but still feel emotionally exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.

Counselling offers space to explore current challenges, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop coping strategies that feel grounded and sustainable. Together, we focus on increasing emotional clarity, building resilience, and supporting your overall mental well-being in a way that respects your pace and capacity.

This support may be helpful if you:

  • Experience anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or persistent stress

  • Feel low, emotionally drained, or disconnected from daily life

  • Are navigating major life transitions or periods of uncertainty

  • Want to support understanding your emotions and developing healthier coping strategies
